Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck could end up with one of the best offenses in the league and fantasy football owners are looking at Ahmad Bradshaw as the best start option over Trent Richardson moving into Week 4, while TY Hilton, Reggie Wayne, Coby Fleener. Hakeem Nicks and Dwyane Allen are receiver targets that owners should look at as the schedule moves forward.

Andrew Luck has been as good as any fantasy quarterback this season and he is coming off of a fantastic game against the Jaguars. Luck had 370 yards and only missed on eight of 39 passes and he ended up with four touchdowns and has shown he has the potential to be elite. Yes it was against the Jaguars, but he now has 912 yards and nine touchdowns in three games and everyone in the offense will benefit from his strong play.

The Titans are next on the schedule for the team and they just look terrible and that means Ahmad Bradshaw and Trent Richardson could have big games for the Colts. Bradshaw has become a more consistent option over Richardson after the past couple performances for the Colts and while Trent is still a strong fantasy option, owners should be starting Bradshaw over him. Last week Bradshaw had another receiving touchdown and added 65 yards on the ground and now he has three TDs in the past two games.

Bradshaw has injury issues and that has been his biggest problem in the past and now he is looking to get over that after missing basically all of last season. Bradshaw is a great option for PPR owners and his matchup next week is very promising, as the Titans have simply been horrible so far this season. Richardson had a fantastic rookie season before rushing for just 563 yards last season and he currently has 156 yards in three games with zero touchdowns. Richardson had 51 catches his rookie year and he has seven this season and fantasy owners would love numbers in line with that first season.

TY Hilton is dealing with an injury to his ankle and ESPN.com is reporting that he is likely to play in the matchup against Tennessee. Hilton had a fantastic year last season with a career high 82 catches for 1083 yards and now he is a WR1 option with Reggie Wayne for the Colts. Hilton has 16 catches for nearly 20 yards this season and while he has not made it into the end zone yet, he is the best breakaway threat for the Colts through the air.

Wayne is off to a good start as well and that's promising for the team after he was injured last season. Wayne already has 16 catches through three games for 188 yards and along with Hilton he makes a great WR duo for the Colts. Hakeem Nicks made four catches for 50 yards with a TD against the Jags and while he is a risky start for fantasy owners, he has shown that he can be solid as a WR3 or WR 4 option in leagues. Dwyane Allen and Fleener are also strong options moving forward for Andrew Luck.
