The Oregon Ducks and Washington State Cougars are playing live on the Pac-12 football schedule and the matchup is on TV from ESPN starting up at 10:30 pm ET and streaming online from the WatchESPN website from Martin Stadium and UO comes in as national title contenders and this conference game is big as the team opens its division slate with a high scoring offense coming in led by Marcus Mariota.

Mariota comes in as a Heisman candidate and he could be the number one overall pick in the draft with the way that Jameis Winston keeps shooting himself in the foot. Mariota has over 800 passing yards and eight touchdowns already and he also led the team in rushing last week in the big win over Wyoming and now they have the chance to start off their Pac-12 slate with a win. The team already has a massive statement win out of conference with the game against Michigan State and that will be big for their playoff hopes.

Oregon comes in as one of the best teams in the nation and they are number two for now and Florida State has the chance to get knocked out of the top spot with Clemson coming in and Winston sitting. The Ducks hope that an upset will happen and that would take another team out of the way for the time being for the national playoff. The team comes in after huge wins against South Dakota and Wyoming and they have scored at least 46 points in every game this season and their offense once again has been video game level.

The team has a tough schedule in the conference but not as bad as other teams and they will miss USC and they have UCLA on the road and that comes after a home matchup with Arizona. The team has Washington at home and they also play against Stanford, while the final stretch of the season has two road games in three weeks. The team travels to play Utah and after that they have Colorado and ORegon State on the road and that means the Civil War will be in Corvallis.
