The Tottenham Spurs are playing Partizan Belgrade on the UEFA Europa League schedule on Thursday and the game is live from Partizan Stadium starting up at 1 pm ET as Tottenham visits for the first match between the two and the game is streaming online and comes after the playoff round in the tournament.
