The Seattle Seahawks and Oakland Raiders are playing live on the NFL preseason schedule on Thursday night and the Week 4 matchup is from O.co Coliseum starting on TV at 10 pm ET on the NFL Network and streaming online from the NFL.com main website as the Super Bowl champs get ready to defend their title.
The Seahawks know that they have a target on their back after winning the Super Bowl last season and now they have the chance to try and repeat. The Seahawks come into the game against the Oakland Raiders after winning against the Chicago Bears last week and they now are getting ready to open the NFL season. The Packers are next on the schedule and that game will be in one week on Thursday at 8:30 pm ET to open the year and that already is one of the best matchups of the season.
The Packers game comes ahead of a road matchup against San Diego and then the team hosts the denver Broncos and that will at CenturyLink Field. The team has a bye in week 4 and that leads into a tough run with three games on the road in four weeks. The team plays against the Redskins on Monday Night Football after the bye before playing the Dallas Cowboys at home and then the team plays against the Rams and Panthers on the road.
After a home game against the NY Giants, the team has another stretch of three road games in four weeks and that includes the San Francisco 49ers.The team has two games against the Niners in three weeks and they also have a road game against the Philadelphia Eagles, while the Cardinals and Rams are the final two games of the season.
The Raiders went 4-12 last season and they made a ton of free agent signings and they have the chance to bounce back with Matt Schaub coming over in a trade. The team opens with the Jets and then hosts the Houston Texans before the New England Patriots on the road and that leads into the Miami Dolphins before a bye in week 5.
