The NFL preseason schedule for Week 3 of the 2014 season gets started up again on Thursday and the first matchup starts at 7:30 pm ET on NFL Network with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Philadelphia Eagles, while games over the weekend on TV are on FOX, CBS and NBC as teams like the New England Patriots, Oakland Raiders, Seattle Seahawks and Chicago Bears are in action on Friday.

The schedule starts this week on Thursday with the Steelers and Eagles in the battle of Pennsylvania and that will be at Lincoln Financial Field. The game starts at 7:30 pm ET and is the first real Thursday Night Football matchup of the season and that will be on NFL Network and produced by CBS like it will be during the season. The Eagles are coming into the season after winning the NFC East, while the Steelers missed the playoffs and are looking to get back. That is the only game on Thursday and then things start up on Friday with the Carolina Panthers and New England Patriots, a rematch from one of the best games of last season.

The Patriots come into the game after their matchup with the Eagles and that game will be at Gillette Stadium as the Panthers visit. The New York Giants and New York Jets are playing at MetLife Stadium and that game will also start at 7:30 pm ET. The Giants are the "road" team for that game and with the way Rex Ryan treats these matchups, the starters should watch out, because he will be going for them and someone could get injured like Mark Sanchez did last year.

The Giants have not looked good in the preseason at all and they have won their games, including the Hall of Fame game against the Bills. The Jacksonville Jaguars and Detroit Lions are playing the last 7:30 pm ET game on Friday and that is at Ford Field. The 8 pm ET hour has the Oakland Raiders taking on the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field, while the Chicago Bears and Seattle Seahawks have a matchup at CenturyLink Field for the final game of the night at 10 pm ET and that will be on the NFL Network.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Buffalo Bills are playing at 4:30 pm ET on NFL Network at Ralph Wilson Stadium and that comes before the Dallas Cowboys and Miami Dolphins play at Sun Life Stadium. The Titans and Falcons play at 7 pm ET along with the Cowboys, while the Washington Redskins are playing against the Baltimore Ravens in a bay battle at 7:30 pm ET.

The Saints and the Colts are playing at 8 pm ET on CBS and that game comes along with the Rams and Browns, with Johnny Manziel playing his first home game. The Minnesota Vikings and Kansas City Chiefs play ahead of the Houston Texans and Denver Broncos, while Sunday has the final two games with the San Diego Chargers and San Francisco 49ers, while the Bengals and Arizona Cardinals play Sunday night on NBC.
