The Monday Night Football Schedule for the 2014 preseason starts in Week 2 with the Cleveland Browns and Washington Redskins and the NFL game start time on TV from ESPN is past 8 pm ET and has Johnny Manziel facing off against Robert Griffin III and this comes as the football week comes to a close for MNF and this is the biggest matchup heading into the Week 3 schedule.

The Browns and the Redskins are closing out the week and this is one of the most anticipated games of the entire preseason schedule. The Browns have had two road games on the schedule and this is the second one and then the team returns home next Saturday as Johnny Manziel has his first Cleveland game and that will be against the Rams. The Browns come in after losing to the Browns last week and that was actually a solid performance from the rookie and he has been making it tough for Mike Pettine to decide on who to start this season between him and Brian Hoyer.

The Redskins are coming into the season with high expectations after going just 3-13 last season and they are hoping that RG3 can come back and stay healthy for the full season. The team won their first preseason game against the New England Patriots and now they play against the Browns before two road matchups to end the preseason. The team will visit the Baltimore Ravens and then against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before starting the NFL season in Week 1.

The season schedule opens with the Houston Texans in Week 1 and then the team comes home against the Jaguars, while the Eagles are in Week 3. The Redskins have the New York Giants in Week 4 and that is a Thursday night football matchup and that's a big divisional game as these two teams try to rebound. The Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals are next on the schedule and leading into the bye in Week 10, the team plays the Titans, Cowboys and Vikings.

The Browns finish off the preseason with home games against the Bears and Rams and then the team plays against the Steelers. The team has their first home game in Week 2 and the team plays against the New Orleans Saints, while the Ravens are next and then Week 4 has the bye before the team plays the Titans and then the Steelers again.
