NY Giants Win Hall of Fame Game Against Buffalo Bills To Start NFL Preseason

The NY Giants won over the Buffalo Bills in the Hall of Fame game on Sunday night in Canton to start the NFL preseason and they are 1-0 after winning 17-13 and the matchup saw the starters play a few series before giving it over to the backups and it followed the enshrinement ceremony that included former team players Michael Strahan and Andre Reed.

The Giants rallied in the game after having the lead in the first quarter and it saw Ryan Nassib play the majority of the game after Eli Manning started things for New York. Nassib threw for 139 yards and one touchdown and that score was an impressive pass to Corey Washington and went for 73 yards and was one of a number of deep throws by the Giants.

The offense from Ben McAdoo looked sharp and while there is room for improvement, it was a solid start for the Giants. Andre Williams led the way rushing the ball with 48 yards on seven carries and he also scored a touchdown and that was a very good performance for the rookie. Williams is expected to be a major contributor with the injuries to David Wilson and this was a promising start for the Boston College back.
