The Vancouver Whitecaps and Toronto FC are playing live on the MLS Soccer schedule on Wednesday night and the matchup is live from BMO Field and has the two Canada teams clashing and this comes after they played in the Canadian Championship already and TFC won that matchup and now they will try and do it again and things are live on MLS.com starting up at 8 pm.

This is week 19 for the MLS and now that the World Cup is over, players are heading back to their teams and the schedule is finishing out. Vancouver comes into the game after a loss at home to Chivas USA and that was 3-1 and the Toronto side is coming in after a great win against Houston that saw them come from behind for a 4-2 victory. The teams have met four times in the MLS and they have each split those games with two wins and this is the only time the teams are meeting in league play this year.

Toronto won in a penalty shootout in the Championship after splitting the home and homes and now the teams matchup again on Wednesday night. The teams split 2-1 at home for each game and then it ended up in penalty kicks and now they play in MLS after splitting all their matchups with each winning two and this mini-rivalry game is one of the best on the schedule this week. Toronto had not won for three games and they ended up coming back to beat the Dynamo and now they are in third place in the eastern conference and they have put together 24 points in 15 games.

The Dynamo scored the first goal of that game from Brad David before Toronto came back and the two teams made it 2-2 eventually before FC stormed back. The team scored the most goals they have in club history, tying the mark they have reached four times and it was only the first time that the team came back from a two goal deficit. The Whitecaps have played well at home, but they are coming in after a loss against Chivas USA despite having the dead at one point and they currently are in position at fifth in the conference with 25 points in 17 games. It was the second loss of the year at home for the Whitecaps and they have played very well at Vancouver, not losing there before that since April.
