The College World Series 2014 is back live streaming from Omaha from ESPN, ESPN2 and the WatchESPN website on TV and online and the finals championship round game between Virginia and Vanderbiltkicks off at 8 pm ET from TD Ameritrade Park as the college teams at the CWS try and get into position to win the championship series.

TCU and Virginia now come in looking to keep things going and both of the teams are 1-0 coming in and the winner will get the chance to matchup with the winner of Texas Tech and Mississippi and on the other side of things, UC Irvine and Texas are playing, while Vanderbilt as the number one was able to move along and now everything is barreling towards the College World Series final championship matchup and this comes after things started with 64 teams in the tournament.

The regionals and other rounds were very exciting and now there are just a small group of teams left after schools were eliminated and lost. The finals are June 23 and Vandy is waiting until June 20 to see who they will play and that makes it very interesting to watch as these next games play out and Vandy has the chance to scout as well. UC Irvine was able to advance past a solid Oklahoma State team and their improbable run has gotten them here after being one of the last teams into the tournament, while Louisville once again showed promise but fell apart when it came to the College World Series.

The Super-Regionals were very tough and some teams were able to advance 2-0, but Candy needed to play it out against Stanford, while Virginia, Ole Miss and TCU all did the same against their opponents as well. Virginia comes in after winning against Mississippi and that saw the team won on the final pitch of the game and they now are one of the best teams left. Virginia did not have an error in the CWS opening game and now have the chance to win again on Tuesday night.

The tournament has been winding around the past couple weeks and now major teams like Miami and number one seeded Oregon State are out and now UC Irvine, Texas and Vanderbilt will try and continue on as things from Omaha press forward to the College World Series championship series. The bracket is now down to the very last groupings of teams and as things shake out everyone is hoping to have the last chance to get into the final and Vandy is looking very strong, while Texas got a big win against Louisville to keep their recent College World Series struggles going.
