The World Cup 2014 is underway and Brazil has won their first match and the team is one of the favorites for the tournament along with Spain, Germany, Argentina as well as Belgium, England and France and there could be a wild card in the mix for the championship as well, but those top four teams have the best odds for betting on the World Cup winner.

Brazil opened up their tournament draw with a win and it was not without controversy, as there was a penalty given that was a call that could have went either way and Neymar delivered and now the team is up in Group A. Brazil has the inside track to getting into the knockout stage in Group A and Spain is starting up in Group B and they matchup with the Netherlands. Spain comes in as the defending champions and they will be tough to beat and they start off against the Dutch.

Argentina opens up against Bosnia-Herzegovina and that will be a big match for the team and they have Lionel Messi and he could be the best player in the entire tournament. Messi will be key for the team and Germany comes in with the group of death. The team plays against the United States, Portugal and Ghana and getting out of that will be tough as well.
