Aaron Hernandez appears for a pre-trial hearing at Bristol County Superior Court in Fall River, Massachusetts in this February 7, 2014 file photo. Hernandez, the former New England Patriots NFL football player, already awaiting trial on charges of shooting a man to death last July, was indicted May 15, 2014 for the 2012 murder of two men in a Boston drive-by shooting, according to the Boston Globe, which cited two officials briefed on the case. "

Aaron Hernandez has been charged with two more murders on top of the death of Odin Lloyd and now he will be arraigned in court next week and his mother Terri Hernandez and fiance Shayanna Jenkins will likely be there for his next courtroom appearance in the case and that comes after news broke about his part in the drive by shootings of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado in 2012.

Hernandez is already facing first degree murder charges in the death of Lloyd and now these two charges are on top of that and he is expected to appear in court next week to be arraigned for the murder charges. According to ESPN.com, Hernandez is accused of participating in a drive by shooting in July of 2012 that claimed two victims and the indictments come a year after Hernandez was arrested and charged in a separate murder. Hernandez now is facing three counts of murder and that will make it very difficult for his lawyers to argue his original case, as now more evidence will be brought against him.

The news was first announced at a press conference and this now is another incident in the shocking fall of the tight end, who played in the Super Bowl with the Patriots and signed a $40 million contract with the team after the murders allegedly occurred. Hernandez is accused of shooting the two men after a random dispute at a nightclub, as police said the two men and Hernandez did not know each other prior to the crime being committed. Video surveillance showed Hernandez at the club at the same time as the men and also showed an SUV following the group and then pulling alongside their car and shooting it up.

Hernandez is tied to the SUV and the gun, as the vehicle was found in his hometown of Bristol in a garage at the home of his uncle and that SUV was linked back to the crime. The gun in the case was found at a separate traffic incident and the woman who was in possession of the gun said it was her friends, who are "football players". Adding to that, one witness from the shooting identified Hernandez and this comes after the two men in the front seat were killed. One man was also shot and two other people were able to escape the car without being hit.

Some have speculated that the original murder of Lloyd was in response to this crime, as Lloyd may have had knowledge that Hernandez participated in the murders. The case was originally unsolved and it picked up steam when Hernandez was arrested and it was found out that he was at the same nightclub on the night of the murders. Hernandez faces three charges of first degree murder and he is being held without bail and this comes after he has pled not guilty to the murder of Lloyd, who was found shot to death less than a mile from his home. Hernandez and Lloyd were connected through Jenkins, as each was dating a Jenkins sister.
