Manchester City and West Bromwich Albion are playing on the English Premier League schedule and the match will be streaming from the NBC Sports Live Extra website and the game starts at 3 pm ET at the Etihad Stadium and has the team looking to move up the table as the season comes to a close.

Man City comes into the game after a draw with Sunderland and the game before they lost away at Anfield to Liverpool and now they are looking to get a victory at home before their next two matches away and those will be against Crystal Palace and Everton. Man City won over Southampton on April 5 and now they are looking to win their first match since then and they come in with Yaya Toure and Sergio Agüero as their leading scorers and they will need to play a solid match on Monday for the last matchup of the week on the schedule for the EPL.

Man City plays against Aston Villa at the Etihad after the match against Everton at Goodison Park and they end the season against West Ham United and that match could be important for keeping them in the top three of the league with how well they have played this season. Chelsea is now five points behind Liverpool after their first loss at Stamford Bridge under Jose Mourinho and now the team is chasing the Reds with a matchup at Anfield coming next week. Chelsea is ahead of Manchester City by four points and they lead Arsenal by one point and the Gunners are currently in qualifying position for the UCL and this win would give Man City some cushion heading into the back end of things on the schedule.

Everton and Tottenham are next on the table standings, while Manchester United, Southampton and Newcastle United come in next in the standings. The matchup between Chelsea and Liverpool at Anfield could seal things for the Reds and now they have some more flexibility heading into that game. Jesus Navas comes into the game with an injury and he will miss the matchup against West Brom to give Man City another injury to deal with and on top of that, David Silva will likely be out with an ankle injury after he missed the Sunderland draw and now that is another thing they will have to overcome. Toure is the leading scorer and he also could be out and may return for the match against Everton.

Man City are now nine points back of Liverpool and they could cut that to six with a win on Monday and it comes as West Brom is three points clear of relegation ahead of Norwich City. Cardiff City, Fulham and Sunderland are the bottom three teams right now as the season pushes to a close.
