Chelsea is still alive for the English Premier League title this season, as the Blues are chasing Liverpool in the standings with a game still to play and now manager Jose Mourinho is hopeful that star Eden Hazard will be back after dealing with an injury in the last Champions League match for the team and it could be for the matchup against the Reds.

Chelsea comes into the week at two points behind Liverpool in the standings and the Reds have been playing very well and are on the verge of the EPL title and the match at Anfield likely will decide how it shakes out. According to ESPN FC, Hazard is looking to return after missing the last match on the schedule and his injury came down during the deciding match in the Champions League quarters in Paris Saint-Germain and now he could return just in time for the most important match of the year.

Chelsea was able to win at Swansea and now they will play against Sunderland and then they have the Champions League against Atletico Madrid before playing against Liverpool in the match at Anfield. The return trip against Atletico is next and then the team plays Norwich and Cardiff City. Chelsea is five points up on Manchester City and two points behind Liverpool heading into the back stretch and now the Blues have a chance to jump ahead.

''Every player is fit at this stage, with the exception of Eden [Hazard], who should be sooner rather than later. It is still a little bit too early to say for sure,'' said assistant coach Steve Holland.
