Northern Ireland's Rory McIlroy hits his tee shot on the second hole during the first round of the 2014 Masters golf tournament at the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia April 10, 2014. "

The PGA Tour golf major at the Masters has a live stream online that people can watch from Augusta National and the tournament comes streaming from ESPN and the WatchESPN website from TV and the Masters.com main website and the feed coverage is for the first and second rounds and the leaderboard is starting to take shape, as Rory McIlroy has moved his way up and currently Miguel Jimenez, Steve Stricker, Brandt Snedeker and Adam Scott are all in the mix at the top.

Adam Scott comes into the major tournament as the defending champion and he will be gunning for the number one ranking in the world if he can get into second place and if he repeats as a winner at the Masters, he will take over the number one spot. Scott has started off the tournament well and he currently is under par heading into the back nine of his day and if he comes into the weekend in the top 10 he has a great chance to win. McIlroy is off to a solid start as well and he is under par to start things off and he is looking to get back into the mix without Tiger Woods in the field.

Woods was forced to pull out of the Masters after dealing with back surgery and he now is not at Augusta for the first time in 20 years and both McIlroy and Phil Mickelson commented that the tournament is strange without him there. Woods has been having a very tough start to the year and he pulled out of the event after having back surgery and now he will be out of action for at least a month or two and he will be back this summer and hopefully for him in time for the British Open. Woods did not play well to start the year and the back issue had been bothering him for some time and after getting surgery he will be off his feet for two weeks and that got him to miss the Champions Dinner for the first time as well.

Woods is coming in after winning five times on tour last season and three of those were before Augusta and while he played well in the Masters last season, he was knocked back by his drop shot controversy and now he will be out of action for the time being. Woods is stuck on 14 majors and now has not won one since back in 2008 and earlier on the first day of the Masters, the Big 3 started things off and Arnold Palmer put up the opening shot of the tournament. Jack Nicklaus beat out Gary Player and Palmer for the best tee shot to start things off and it came after the Par 3 tradition on Wednesday.
