Manchester United and Bayern Munich are playing live in the Champions League quarterfinals on Tuesday and the first leg comes from Old Trafford and streaming online at 2:45 pm ET from Fox Soccer 2Go and it will have Gus Johnson calling the game and is an important one in the UCL, as the Red Devils are looking to pull a huge upset against the defending champions from Germany.

David Moyes said that his team is prepared and ready for the match and despite the fact that Robin Van Persie is out, the team has Wayne Rooney ready to go and he has been scoring in bunches over the past couple weeks and he could be key to the win. The Red Devils have some past success to look back to, as they won over Bayern with two stoppage time goals and now they are hoping for some more of the same on Tuesday when the two sides face off. Man U is looking to get into the semis and this is their last chance at coming back next year, as they are low at seventh place on the Premier League table with just weeks left of the season.

Ryan Giggs thinks the team still has a chance in the Champions League and while they have had some major disappointments this season at Old Trafford, he feels Man U is playing good ball at the right time. The team has Rooney stepping up with Robin Van Persie out and that came after he scored a hat trick in the previous round against Olympiakos and now he will miss a month and may return by the end of the schedule, but he will be out for the two games against Bayern and that is tough to overcome. They are among the last eight teams after Van Persie got them through and now they have Rafael likely out, while midfielder Tom Cleverley missed training.

Manager Pep Guardiola is not fazed by anything and he won't be on Tuesday night when the two teams face off at Old Trafford and he spoke about the respect he has for the club and the team after Sir Alex Ferguson handed things off. Bayern has been dominant in the Bundesliga over the past couple years and these matches give the team some true competition and Man U comes in after a win against Aston Villa at home and that is the type of game they needed. Rooney scored again and it came after a tough 3-0 loss against Manchester City at home and now this is the third straight match at home for Manchester.

United comes in with some big matches left on the schedule and they play against Newcastle United next in the EPL and that comes before the first leg against Bayern at the Allianz Arena. The Red Devils have a tough finish to the season and they play on the road for three straight games, including against Everton at Goodison Park after the Bayern second leg and then they have three matches at home. The team plays Norwich, Sunderland and Hull City to end the season at Old Trafford and their final game on the schedule is against Southampton at the Friends Provident St Mary's Stadium on May 11 and they are hoping to move up just a bit in the EPL by then.
