EPL Results: Manchester United Loses To Liverpool, English Premier League Table Has Chelsea First Over Arsenal and Tottenham

The EPL scores and results for Sunday had Manchester United losing to Liverpool on the English Premier League schedule and the Reds won over Man U with a 3-0 score and the match was tough at Old Trafford and the matchups left Chelsea atop the English Premier League table over Arsenal, Manchester City and Tottenham.

Liverpool was dominant at Old Trafford and the Reds continued their scoring onslaught this season with two goals from Steven Gerrard and one from leader Luis Suarez and they won the matchup 3-0 and now have a nice position on the table heading into the back stretch of the schedule. Arsenal and Tottenham are playing live on the schedule for the late game at 12 pm noon ET and it comes after yesterday's scores, which saw Manchester City start the day with a 2-0 win against Hull City.

Everton won at home against Cardiff City, while Fulham won over Newcastle United and Southampton won 4-2 against Norwich City and the winners saw goals from Rickie Lambert and Jay Rodriguez. Stoke City won over West Ham United, while Sunderland and Crystal Palace played to a scoreless draw and that came as West Brom and Swansea City played to a 2-1 win for West Bromwich. Chelsea finished the day with a 1-0 loss away against Aston Villa, but no matter what happens, they remain atop the EPL table for the week.

Chelsea is tops with 66 points on the season and they are first on the English Premier League table, while Liverpool now is in second for the time being and the Reds have a lead over Manchester City by two points. They are ahead of Arsenal by three points coming into Sunday and they could end up tied if the Gunners win, while Tottenham is also looking for a positive result. Eberton is now ahead of Manchester United and this has been a very tough season for David Moyes and company and now the club must find a way to recover in the back stretch of the season.

Wayne Rooney has described the tough season, but they have faith in Moyes and the club and they now have to pull together as a team to get back to things. Southampton is next on the league table, while Newcastle is next with Aston Villa and Stoke City ahead of West Ham, Hull City and Swansea City.
