Ohio State and Michigan are playing in the Big Ten conference tournament semifinals on Saturday and the Wolverines and Buckeyes are eyeing the finals in the Big 10 tourney and Michigan comes in as the regular season champs, while OSU are ranked in the top 25 after a rocky season and the game will be live online from CBS at 1:40 pm ET at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
Michigan has been one of the most consistent teams in the nation this season and they are scoring over 75 points per game and they escaped the last round with a one point win against Illinois and now they have the chance to make it into the finals. The team is ranked in the top 10 in the nation and they are 21st in field goal percentage with nearly 48 percent shooting from the field and Nik Stauskas has been excellent once again and now the Wolverines will try to snag the tournament title and the regular season title and they will play against Michigan State or Wisconsin in the finals and Ohio State comes in ranked 24th in the nation overall and they were just 10-8 in the Big Ten this season.
Ohio State had some up and down moments this season and now Michigan comes in after getting by Illinois with 19 points from Stauskas, while Ohio State won against Nebraska in the previous round and they started off the season on a great stretch before falling against Michigan State and Iowa before falling to Nebraska and Minnesota and later on they lost tough games to Penn State and Indiana and now they have a chance to make up for all of it with a win against Michigan. Michigan comes into the game on a seven game winning streak and they have been impressive all season and they won their last game against Ohio State and they also won against Michigan State and Iowa earlier in the season and won both times against MSU.
