Lance Armstrong once again finds himself in the middle of a doping scandal."

According to a report by USA Today, retired cyclist, Lance Armstrong, is facing doping charges yet again.  The charges are being brought via the USADA.

Armstrong is a seven time Tour de France winner and the Washington Post is reporting that each of those victories could be seized. According to the paper, samples of Armstrong's blood from both 2009 and 2010 arise suspicion of possible doping.  Armstrong has never actually registered positive for doping and maintains a staunch stance of innocence.

In a statement released to the press, Armstrong states that, "(the USADA) intends to again dredge up discredited allegations dating back more then 16 years....I have never doped, and, unlike many of my accusers, I have competed as an endurance athlete for 25 years with no spike in performance, passed more than 500 drug tests and never failed one."

The USDA obviously stands by its accusations and claims that the current evidence is sound.  It also states that it has obtained witnesses who are willing to testify in support of their case.

Armstrong recently beat a doping scandal when a two-year investigation was discontinued.
