The Miami Dolphins are coming into the 2014 season looking to put last year behind them and now trade rumors have come up involving Dion Jordan, Mike Wallace and Cameron Wake, as those players are being shopped ahead of the NFL draft and comes after general manager Dennis Hickey took over the team as the new exec after Jeff Ireland was fired and the Chicago Bears, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, 49ers and Packers could be potential destinations.

The Dolphins have a number of questions heading into the offseason and the offensive line is one of them and moving some of those players could bring line help along with draft picks for the event in May. According to CBS Sports, the Dolphins have shopped Jordan, the third overall pick from last season along with Wallace, who signed a big contract as a free agent, and Wake, who has become one of the best pass rushers in the NFL.

The report says that the Dolphins have shopped Jordan and that the team would be "open" to moving the other players, but that they are not exactly looking to make deals right now. Jordan had a down season last year after coming in with high expectations and the report says that the Dolphins hoped to get more out of him and now they could move him to the Philadelphia Eagles, as he was with Chip Kelly in college and that is the main reason he was the number three pick after how well he played. The Dolphins could use these trades to move up or down in the draft and to get extra picks for the 2014 event.

The Dolphins are projected to have about $30 million in cap space and since Ireland is gone, the team is not tied to Jordan, as he was the one who pulled off the trade to move up to take him at number three. Ireland was mostly terrible for the Dolphins and now after the Richie Incognito situation, the team could need a while new offensive line. Jonathan Martin and Incognito are not expected to return, while Tyson Clabo and Bryant McKinnie could be gone as well and these trades could help bolster things for the Dolphins.

Wallace could be harder to move since he has a $60 million contract and a $17.25 million cap hit this season, but there are teams that could be interested and in Wake as well. Wallace was a disappointment with just over 70 catches and 900 yards on the season with five scores, while Wake was nearly nine sacks and he could be valuable on the market. The Dolphins flamed out hard last season and are going under some big changes and these trades could be the start.
