Dallas Mavericks vs. New York Knicks Live Stream: Watch Online NBA Game Streaming From Madison Square Garden

Feb 24, 2014 07:15 PM EST

The Dallas Mavericks and New York Knicks are playing live on Monday night and the NBA game will be streaming live from Madison Square Garden and Carmelo Anthony will be looking to get the team back on track in the second half and they are coming off of losses to the Atlanta Hawks and Orlando Magic and the game starts at MSG at 7:30 pm ET.

The Knicks have been mostly terrible this season and they come in after another disappointing loss and that was on the road against the Hawks and the team had another decent lead that they let slip away, which is the same thing that happened against the Magic. The Knicks have not played well overall this season and the only player that seems to be pulling his weight is Anthony and he came through with 35 points in that game, while Tyson Chandler snagged 23 rebounds and heading out of the trade deadline the team is working on some moves, as they cut loose Beno Udrih and Metta World Peace, two players they signed in the offseason.

The Knicks play on the road against the Miami Heat next and that will obviously be a challenge even if LeBron James is out with his nose injury, as the team is ranked 21st in scoring and are allowing nearly 100 points per game. The Knicks have taken a bigger step back than any team in the league this season and they are coming off of a 54 win campaign and a division title and now they may not even make the playoffs in the terrible east.

This was not the season they envisioned before the summer that Anthony can opt out and now the franchise is very worried that he could end up leaving as a free agent. The team comes in with 21 wins on the season and Dallas is playing much better than they were last year, as they are 34-23 overall.

The Mavericks come into the game after a win on the road against the Detroit Pistons and that saw 24 points from Dirk Nowitzki and 11 rebounds from Shawn Marion, while Monta Ellis had 13 assists and they play against the New Orleans Pelicans next on the schedule. The team comes in seventh overall in scoring with 104 points per game and they are fourth in assists this season and now face off with the Knicks.
