The Atlanta Hawks and the Indiana Pacers are playing live on Tuesday in an NBA game to start up the schedule after the All-Star break and tip-off comes at 7 pm ET from Bankers Life Fieldhouse and has the best team in the east playing after Paul George and Roy Hibbert starred for the conference in New Orleans.

The Pacers come in after losing their last game before the All-Star break and now they are gearing up for a tough back to back, as they travel to play the Wolves on Tuesday and that will be at the Target Center at 8 pm. The Pacers come into the game having one of the best records at home in the league and they are 40-12 on the season, while the Hawks have been fading and they are one game under .500 to start up after the break.

In the west the Hawks would be out of the playoffs and in the east they are one of the top teams and now they have the chance to play the best defensive unit in the league. The Pacers have plenty of scoring options with George and Lance Stephenson and they have the best defense in the league, ranked first overall with 90 points per game. The team is fourth in rebounding as well with Hibbert and David West and this could be a nice game to get everyone back in the groove after the break.

George is leading the team in scoring and he will be the main focus as things pick up on Tuesday. The Hawks come into the game after a loss to the Raptors before the break and they too play a back to back with the Wizards on Wednesday The team comes in first in assist peer game with hot trade name Jeff Teague leading things and they are scoring just over 101 points per game to be at 12th in the league this season in scoring. The team is 16th in defense and 27th in rebounding and that will be a major area of focus on Tuesday night.

The Pacers come into the second half with the best record in the east and second in the league and they are ahead of Miami, while Atlanta is now in fifth on the playoff standings. The Knicks are out of things right now and so are the Cavaliers and they could be active over the next week and in the east the last team in right now are the Bobcats.
