Aaron Hernandez is live in court again and people can watch online on Friday from the courtroom and the Patriots TE is there for a pretrial hearing that involves issues regarding his jail house communications and phone calls as well as visitors.
Hernandez is in Fall River Superior Court and the hearing is another step in getting an actual trial date and Hernandez still is accused of first degree murder of Odin Lloyd and the lawyers are arguing sides of their motions in court. Hernandez is accused of murder and his girlfriend is accused of perjury and the court is having a hearing about media issues as well as records regarding Hernandez and the case.

Hernandez could be facing further charges for a double murder from Boston last year that happened after a nightclub incident and a man has identified him as the shooter in that crime. Hernandez is dealing with a number of issues and police still have not found the murder weapon in the crime and while he was seen with a gun in his home, lawyers have said it's circumstantial. Hernandez has claimed that he is innocent and now he could move closer to a trial date with his hearing on Wednesday.
Hernandez was arrested a week after the body was discovered and now things are moving to the pretrial stages and the next steps could be scheduling and other issues. Hernandez is accused of first degree murder in the crime and he is connected to Lloyd through his fiancé Shayanna Jenkins, as he was dating her sister Shaneah at the time of his death.
