Aaron Hernandez is scheduled to be back in court again on Friday in Fall River Superior Court and the Patriots TE is expected to get a ruling from the judge on whether his jailhouse recordings will be turned over to prosecutors.

According to My Fox Boston, the hearing is scheduled for the afternoon and it will be another appearance that should come and go without a trial date being set. The Patriots TE is being accused of first degree murder of former associate Odin Lloyd and lawyers are looking to get his jailhouse phone calls and visitors information, as they claim that he used code words and other ways to communicate about his involvement in the case.

The prosecution is looking to have the  Bristol County sheriff turn over the records and a ruling will likely come down on Friday.
