Feb 02, 2014 11:05 AM EST

The Super Bowl prop bets are often some of the best gambling picks and odds that bettors can get for the SB XLVIII game and in 2014 it's no different and some of the best proposition bets of the day includes Peyton Manning's use of Omaha, how many times Eli Manning will appear on TV, whether or not the Red Hot Chili Peppers are wearing t-shirts and whether or not Richard Sherman will get a penalty for taunting.

Last season no one likely bet on the fact that the Super Bowl would have a blackout, but this year there are a ton of prop bets and just like the man who put money on the first score of the Patriots vs. Giants Super Bowl being a safety, picking the right prop bet could make someone strike rich if they get it right. Most of the prop bets are "normal" ones, like whether Peyton Manning will score a rushing touchdown or Sherman getting an interception, but the crazy ones are where the fun happens.

Some of the best ones in 2014 has whether or not Michael Crabtree will mention Sherman on Twitter and also how many times the words "12th Man", "marijuana" and "thug" gets used, as well as how many times the Manning relatives like Archie, Eli and Olivia will be shown. People can bet on who will score first and what that score will be and the weather can also have bets put down on it, but after the forecast came out, it won't be as exciting since snow is not expected.

The Halftime Show has some prop bets as well, including about what songs Bruno Mars and the Chili Peppers will play and whether they will be wearing shirts and what hat Mars will be wearing as well. The coin toss is always a popular prop bet and who will score the first touchdown, whether Erin Andrews will interview or mention Richard Sherman and also who gets the first turnover of the game. Knowshon Moreno's tears and Wes Welker's hands are also prop bets and people can also bet on who has the most yards in the game,
