Clemson won over the Ohio State Buckeyes 40-35 on Friday night in the BCS Orange Bowl and they won in exciting fashion after a number of turnovers from quarterback Braxton Miller.

The Orange Bowl is coming up on Friday between the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Clemson Tigers and the game will be on ESPN live on TV, streaming online and on ESPN radio for the game and it starts up at 8:30 pm and is the last non-championship BCS game left on the schedule and Urban Meyer comes in trying to keep his loess record standing at just one in his tenure at OSU.

Clemson comes into the game averaging over 500 total yards per game this season and Tajh Boyd comes in playing very well with over 3,500 total yards and nearly 30 touchdowns and they are coming into the game after a loss against in-state rivals South Carolina and now they get their shot at OSU. The Buckeyes lost their first game in two seasons to the Michigan State Spartans and now they will be looking to rebound against the Tigers and they are both averaging over 40 points per game coming into the BCS bowl matchup.

Ohio State had the chance to get into the national title game with an undefeated regular season and after losing to MSU they now will be in the Orange Bowl against 12th ranked Clemson and this is their first chance at a bowl game under Urban Meyer, as the team was barred from a postseason game last season despite being undefeated. Clemson comes into the game 10-2 on the season and they lost to the Gamecocks to end the year and both Braxton Miller and Tajh Boyd will be looking to light up the scoreboard.

Clemson got beat badly in their toughest game of the season against Florida State and they have the chance to give Ohio State a stiff test and the biggest weapon besides Boyd for the Tigers is wideout Sammy Watkins. The receiver led the ACC with 85 catches for over 1,230 yards and he also had 10 touchdowns this season and he will be the main focus for the Buckeyes secondary in the BCS matchup. Running back Roderick McDowell has been nearly as good as Carlos Hyde over the past five games, as he has scored seven total touchdowns and 510 yards and he could be the x factor in this game for Clemson.

This is the first time the two teams have played since the 1970s and while Ohio State has been one of the best teams in the nation, the games against Michigan and Michigan State have shown a weakness in the secondary, as they gave up yards to Devin Gardner as well as Connor Cook, who had over 300 yards in the Big Ten championship game and that could mean a big game for Boyd on Friday night. The Tigers are ranked in the top of the nation in passing yards per game and with Watkins coming in playing so well, the combination of Boyd and Watkins could be too much for OSU to handle.
