Shayanna Jenkins, fiancee of Aaron Hernandez, a former player for the NFL's New England Patriots football team, leaves the Bristol County Superior Court in Fall River, Massachusetts September 6, 2013, where Hernandez was arraigned on murder and weapons charges in connection with the killing of semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd in June."

The Aaron Hernandez murder case has had a number of strange stories come out over the course of the months long investigation and now a woman connected to Hernandez has died, as the AP reports that Tabitha Perry was found dead in her home on Monday and died unexpectedly.

According to the AP, Perry was found in her home in Southington, which is located in Connecticut, and the 27-year-old was found "unconscious" and the report says that her death is NOT considered suspicious at this time. Perry's death follows another untimely death that she was connected to, as she was connected to Thaddeus Singleton III, who was a friend of Hernandez and died in an auto accident that also included Perry, who survived. That came as police were looking to speak with Singleton and the two had a child together, according to the AP.

The report says that the police do not currently know the cause of death and that toxicology tests are currently being done and will come back soon. Death seems to be connected to this case, as Perry and Singleton both died and the report from SI.com on the news says that Hernandez's uncle, Robert Valentine, also died in an auto accident and now the police will be looking to see what the results of the tests are to confirm what caused the death and whether it was suspicious or not.

Hernandez is in jail for the murder of Odin Lloyd and he is charged with first degree murder and other gun charges in the crime and so far no trial date has been set. Hernandez's girlfriend Shayanna Jenkins has also had to deal with charges of perjury and the murder case is expected to go to trial in 2014.
