There were very few bright spots in the Minnesota Vikings'2013 season. Headlined with quarterback drama, once again Adrian Peterson was the team's biggest performers. As the Vikings begin to look towards 2014, there will be plenty of decisions that need to be made as several jobs are on the line. According to wide receiver Greg Jennings, Leslie Frazier should be secure for the future.

The Vikings could have fallen apart given how many times they rotated quarterbacks and suffered losses, but the glue of the team is credited towards the head coach. Frazier succeeded Brad Childress, a coach that had his team turn on him after a tough 2010 season. Despite the 3-9-1 record, Jennings believes that Frazier has the support of every player on the team.

"He's definitely been holding things together," Jennings said, via the Pioneer Press. "As far as the future, I don't know -- just like from a player's standpoint -- we don't know, we don't control that. That all goes from upstairs, down. All we can do is control what we do and that's what he's been doing as a head coach. And making sure that he's been hitting the points of emphasis. It's about us executing."

Frazier signed an extension after the team went 10-6 last year, making it to the NFC Wild Card game. While his contract goes until the end of the 2014 season, Jennings understands nothing is guaranteed. The Vikings will have to enter a small rebuilding phase on offense after inconsistent play plagued the team. Despite the uncertain future, Jennings believes each week the team is fighting and trying their best.

"[If a coach had lost the team], I think that you would see no fight in the guys within this locker room. The one thing I can say about guys in this locker room is we stick together like glue. No matter what the outcome has been, we fought," Jennings said.

For now, Frazier's future is still up in the air, but the futures of Christian Ponder, Josh Freeman and Matt Cassel appear to be decided. The Vikings continue their quarterback rotation with no one generating success. It is expected Freeman will head off to free agency while Christian Ponder could be released at the end of the season. Jennings is certainly endorsing the future of everyone in Minnesota, but that might not be enough.
