Jacksonville Jaguars first-round draft pick receiver Justin Blackmon was arrested on a complaint of aggravated DUI in Stillwater, Oklahoma after authorities said he had three times the legal limit of alcohol in his system.

Blackmon, 22, was booked into Payne County Jail at 10:22 a.m. CT on Sunday and was released at 12:45 p.m., after posting $1,000 bond. He will be due in court on Monday. Oklahoma law says aggravated DUI applies to drivers with a .15 or higher blood alcohol level.

According to NFL.com, Stillwater police spokesman Capt Randy Dickerson confirmed that the former Oklahoma State receiver smelled of alcohol when an officer pulled him over for speeding at 3 a.m. Blackmon was going at 60mph in a 35mph zone. Blackmon drove about four blocks before stopping in a gas-station parking lot.

"He was unsteady on his feet, his speech was slurred, and his eyes were glassy and blood shot," Dickerson said in a statement.

"He admitted to consuming alcohol prior to driving."

This is Blackmon's second DUI arrest. The wide receiver was arrested in Carrolton, Texas in October 2010.

Blackmon caught 252 passes for 3,564 yards and 40 touchdowns in 38 games at Oklahoma State. The Jaguars traded up to take Blackmon with the No 5 pick. The 22-year-old is yet to sign a contract with Jacksonville. However, NFL.com reported Blackmon would be subject to the league's drug and personal-conduct policies, despite not having signed a contract yet.
