The Atlanta Falcons have already been eliminated from playoff contention this season and they have been one of the most disappointing teams in the NFL and now they will face off against the Buffalo Bills in a road game up in Toronto in Canada the Rogers Centre and the game will be airing on FOX and streaming live online and on the radio from the NFL.com league website and the game will be up at 4:05 pm north of the border.

The Falcons have dealt with injuries to a number of key players this season, including Julio Jones, Roddy White and Steven Jackson and now the team faces off against the Bills on Sunday and this comes after the team lost another division game against the New Orleans Saints last Thursday and that game was at home and was another close loss for the team. The Falcons made it into the NFC championship game last season and was number one in the conference and now the team is looking at a top draft pick in the draft next year and that is a long way to fall for a team with Matt Ryan at quarterback and one that looked so strong last season. The Falcons have been hit hardest by injuries on offense and defense and now the team will try and salvage the season and they can play a bit of a spoiler as well, as they play the Packers and the 49ers down the stretch this season before finishing against the Carolina Panthers and that game in Week 17 could be huge for Cam Newton and company.

Check here for the Falcons and Bills live coverage.

The Falcons started off the season with a loss against the Saints before rebounding with a win at home against the St. Louis Rams, but after losing three in a row, the team finally rebounded against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but that was just the beginning of the hardships for the team. The Falcons have not won a game since back in October and the team has now lost five games in a row after being the best team in the NFC last season and the last two losses were to divisional opponents and the one before that was against the Seattle Seahawks in a rematch of the playoffs last season, but this time around it was no contest for Atlanta and they were beaten badly in that game and now they have three out of the next five games on the road to finish the season.

The Falcons play against the Bills in Canada before heading to Green Bay to play the Packers and the team could end up even worse off than they thought, as they have games against potential playoff teams in the back stretch as well after playing the Washington Redskins at home. The Falcons have to travel to San Francisco to play against the 49ers on the final game of Monday night football and the last game of the season has the Carolina Panthers coming to the Georgia Dome and that team should be in the playoff hunt after winning seven games in a row and they have been as good as the Falcons have been bad.

Atlanta comes into the game hoping to turn things around and hoping to end a bad losing streak and they are playing against a Bills team that last won against the Jets in Week 12 and the team looked very good against New York despite giving up some yards on the ground, as EJ Manuel had over 240 yards on the day and he has been playing well as a rookie and he will be the main focus for the Falcons defense. The team heads out on the road after this game with matchups against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Jacksonville Jaguars before playing their third Florida team in a row in the Miami Dolphins and after that the team finishes the season on the road against the New England Patriots. The game on Sunday is on FOX and starts up at 4:05 PM Sunday from Toronto.
