The Oregon Ducks and Oregon State Beavers are meeting up in one of the oldest rivalries in college football, as the two teams will be playing the Civil War Pac-12 conference rivalry game on Saturday at Autzen Stadium and the matchup will be on Fox Sports 1 starting at 7 PM and the game will be streaming online from Eugene.

The Civil War is the biggest game left for either side, as the Ducks are out of the national championship race and after losing two of the past three games, the Rose Bowl is out of reach as well. The Ducks were looking like a BCS title contender all season and everyone thought they would at least get the chance to play for the Pac-12 title, but neither of those things came to fruition after the team was upset by Stanford and now one of the top offenses in the nation will try to win it's big rivalry game on Friday night. Oregon State has one of the best passing offenses in the nation and the Ducks will have to be all over Sean Mannion, who is one of the top players in America with over 4,000 passing yards and 34 touchdowns on the season and he will be playing against another productive quarterback in Marcus Mariota from the Ducks. The Beavers are looking to get into a solid bowl game and they could get left out if they lose this matchup, while the Ducks will be settling for a lesser bowl than they expected when the season began.

Oregon comes into the game after a disappointing loss to the Arizona Wildcats by the score of 42-16 and the Ducks now have lost two of the past three weeks and both those came on the road, so there is a good chance they still can finish with an undefeated record at home. The Civil War is always an anticipated game for the Ducks and this season it is even more so, as there are no national championships to celebrate in 2013. Mariota was looking like a legitimate Heisman candidate this season, but after the upsets on the road he likely will not win it, even with the whole Jameis Winston situation. Mariota has passed for over 3,000 yards this season and has 27 touchdowns and he has also added nine touchdowns with over 500 yards rushing and that still makes him one of the most productive players in the country.

The Ducks are ranked fourth in the nation in scoring with 47 points per game and that will be how the Beavers win the Civil War, by shutting down the Oregon offense somehow. The Beavers are coming into the game after a loss as well and the team was knocked off by the Washington Huskies after allowing 69 points and now they are on the road at one of the toughest places to play in Autzen against the Ducks. The Beavers are ranked third in the nation with nearly 390 passing yards per season and the offense is putting up nearly 35 points per game and they will need to rebound with some strong play to clinch a winning season. The Beavers have lost four games in a row coming into the Civil War and now the two teams will try and end things in the Pac-12 on a positive note.

The game will be streaming on Fox Sports 1 and on TV starting at 7 pm and the Civil War has the Oregon State Beavers travelling to play the Oregon Ducks at Autzen Stadium in a Pac-12 conference matchup.
