The NBA schedule was light on Tuesday night with just four games going on and with the Thanksgiving Day holiday coming up, Wednesday, November 27 is a full night of games with 26 teams in action and the top matchup will be LeBron James returning home to Cleveland to play the Cavaliers with his Miami Heat team and that game is airing on ESPN starting up at 7:30 pm.

James will obviously get the usual harsh treatment from the fans in Cleveland, but it'll be nothing like the noise he heard the first year in Miami and after winning a couple championships and the emergence of Kyrie Irving, the hate has died down a bit. The game is airing on SUN in Florida and Fox Sports Ohio in Cleveland and the game will be part of the second group to tip off after the first two games at 7:00 pm with the Indiana Pacers visiting the Charlotte Bobcats and the Philadelphia Sixers taking on the Orlando Magic in Florida. The Pacers have been one of the best teams in the NBA and they are off to a big lead in the Central division and with Derrick Rose done for the year, that could mean big things for Indiana.

The Heat and Cavaliers game starts up at 7:30 pm and so does the Los Angeles Lakers taking on the Brooklyn Nets at the Barclays Center and while that is a very anticipated game as well, Brooklyn is not playing up to expectation and losing on Wednesday could be another hit on the season. Memphis heads to Boston to take on the Celtics at the same time and that should be an easy game for the Grizzlies, while the Chicago Bulls and Detroit Pistons will also tip off starting at 7:30 pm and that will give the Bulls a chance to see what they can do without Rose in the lineup and now they will have to cope with his loss for the season straight season.

The 8:00 pm hour brings another set of solid games, as Dwight Howard and the Houston Rockets will host the Atlanta Hawks, a team that chased Howard for his services in the offseason. Howard has been playing very well for the Rockets and has been hitting the boards hard and the team will need to continue playing well to hang with the top teams in the conference. One of the best matchups of the night has the San Antonio Spurs taking on the Oklahoma City Thunder, which puts two of the most talented squads in the NBA on the same court and after that at 8:30 pm is the Golden State Warriors visiting the Dallas Mavericks.

The Portland Trail Blazers have the Phoenix Suns at 9:00 pm and the Blazers have been one of the most surprising teams in the league, winning 10 games in a row at one point and they have two very talented players in LaMarcus Aldridge and Damian Lillard. The New York Knicks have a game against the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday and after losing to the Blazers in the first game of their road trip despite 34 points from Carmelo Anthony, the team is 3-10 and fading fast and the game against the Clips starts up at 10:30 pm from NBA TV.
