The Saints have been one of the most impressive teams in the NFL and they have won three of their last four games with a loss to the Jets in there and now the team comes into the matchup against the Falcons after beating two solid teams in the Dallas Cowboys and the San Francisco 49ers and after playing Atlanta, the schedule doesn't get any easier for the Saints, as they are playing against the Seattle Seahawks no the road for Monday night football and that will be one of the most anticipated games of the entire season. The Saints and Seahawks previously played in the playoffs years ago and this season the Monday night game could be a preview of the NFC championship, as the Hawks are 10-1 and the two teams look like the best in the conference right now and the way they are playing it would not be a surprise to have them as the two final teams at the end of things.

Drew Brees is having another excellent season and even though the Falcons are terrible this season at 2-8, the team will not be taking them lightly, as the two sides have had some great rivalry games in the division over the past few years. The Saints are hitting a run towards the end of the season with four away games in five weeks and after playing against the Falcons at the Georgia Dome, the team hits the Seahawks at CenturyLink Field and then after that they will be home in what is now a huge game against the Carolina Panthers. The team is right behind the Saints in the division standings and they have two games coming in a three week span and that could help decide the NFC South division.

The team plays at the Edward Jones Dome in Week 15 against the St. Louis Rams and then they hit the road to play the Carolina Panthers for the second time in three weeks. Cam Newton is playing very well and those matchups against the Panthers will be huge in the NFC and then the Saints play against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to finish the season and they should be in position to win the division and get a top seed in the conference.

The Saints have been one of the best passing teams in the league and are ranked second with over 320 yards per game and the passing defense has been excellent as well, ranking third in the league in yards allowed per game. Brees has over 3,000 yards already with 26 touchdowns and he has been connecting well with Jimmy Graham all season, as he has made 60 catches for 846 yards and 10 touchdowns. The Falcons host the Saints on Thursday night football and the game will be going live at 8:25 pm.
