Northern Illinois vs. Toledo Live Stream: Watch Online ESPN College Football Game Huskies Streaming

Nov 20, 2013 07:38 PM EST

The Northern Illinois Huskies are looking like a BCS buster once again and on Wednesday night they will put their perfect record to the test on the road against Toledo at the Glass Bowl in a MAC conference game that will start up at 8:00 PM on ESPN2 on TV and streaming online from the WatchESPN website to put Jordan Lynch and his team in action.

The Huskies come into the game 10-0 and undefeated within the conference and after making it into the BCS last season, the team is knocking on the door once again and the main reason has been the play of Lynch, who for the second year in a row has put up Heisman-like numbers, although he likely will not get any consideration for it. The team comes in after defeating a very solid Ball State team and while they have not won games over any ranked opponents this year, they have had to play the tougher teams in the MAC as well as games against Iowa and Purdue and they remain undefeated heading into the final two matchups of the year. All the team has left after Toledo is Western Michigan next week and after that the Mid-American Conference championship game is likely waiting for them, as they are tops in the West division.

The team comes in as one of the highest scoring in the country and Lynch has put the offense on his back once again and is the leader in passing yards and rushing yards on the season for the team. The Huskies are the sixth ranked scoring offense in the nation with over 40 points per game and the team is averaging over 300 yards on the ground to rank in the top 10 as well. Lynch has been the driving force for the undefeated Huskies, rushing for 1,273 yards and 14 scores while also passing for 2,216 yards and 21 touchdowns on the season and if the team wants to do anything in the BCS this season, it likely will come from the arm and legs of Lynch.

This season Lynch has been fantastic and he has just five interceptions to go along with his 21 touchdowns and he has not thrown a pick in three games and he has only turned over the ball through the air in two of 10 games this season and he has had multiple touchdown passes in all but four games, including four scores against Eastern Michigan. Lynch went nuts for over 300 yards rushing against Central Michigan and he has been over 100 yards in each of the past two games, scoring six touchdowns in that span and he has a rushing touchdown in each of his last five games, scoring 11 times in that span on the ground. Over the past three games he has seven passing touchdowns and no picks and combined he has 14 touchdowns in the past three games. Last season Lynch had another great year with 3138 passing yards and 25 touchdowns and he also rushed for 1815 yards and 19 touchdowns.

Last week against Ball State was the biggest game of the season for NIU, as the team would have been eliminated from winning the division with a loss to the Cardinals, but now they come in with a lead at 6-0 over the 6-1 Cards and have the chance to seal up the title this week. Toledo is down in third at 5-1 and the winner of the west will play either Bowling Green or Buffalo in the MAC championship and winning that game should give the Huskies another shot at the BCS and Lynch comes into this game after passing for 345 yards and two touchdowns and rushing for over 120 yards and scoring two more times against Ball State.
