The fantasy football weekend is over and with just one game left on the schedule, owners are already looking towards next week and some of the best players to pick up and snag as sleepers going forward into the playoffs and some of the best sleeper pickups this week includes Rashad Jennings, Jordan Reed, Andre Ellington, Joique Bell, Garrett Graham and Michael Floyd.

Jennings has been one of the best fantasy options since Darren McFadden was injured and he has continued to produce, going over 100 yards for the second time in three weeks and over that span he has not has less than 88 yards rushing and he could be a solid option going for the rest of the season. This week Jennings rushed for 150 yards and a touchdown and he also added two catches to give him 11 over the past three weeks and he also has two touchdowns in that span and in each of the last three games he has touched the ball over 20 times. The Raiders are looking to rush the ball more and Jennings should benefit from that.

For any owners looking for a decent second or third wide receiver option after losing someone like Julio Jones, Michael Floyd could be a solid bet, as he has been playing better of late and had a big day on Sunday against the Jaguars in the win for the Arizona Cardinals to stay in the NFC playoff race. Floyd finished the day with six catches for 193 yards on 11 targets and he had an impressive 91 yard catch for a touchdown while averaging over 30 yards per catch. Floyd has been a solid supplement to Larry Fitzgerald and the 11 targets are the first time he has been in double digits in at least five games and could be a sign of things to come for Carson Palmer. Floyd came into the game with 36 catches for 460 yards and he could be a good pickup for teams heading into the playoffs, as the Cardinals will be scratching hard for every win.

Jordan Reed had a slow game with one catch for 12 yards, but he has been fantastic this season in spots and he has 45 catches for nearly 500 yards and was coming off of a six catch, 62 yard game and he could be a great option going forward. Ellington had himself a tough game as well, but he is still a solid player going forward for the Cardinals and as they push towards the playoffs he will get some added attention.

Garrett Graham is a sleeper name that has been mentioned for the past few weeks and even though the Houston Texans have lost eight games in a row, he has been a legit replacement for the injured Owen Daniels. It's promising to see the 13 targets for Graham and he ended up with seven catches for 136 yards and a touchdown on the day and that 42 yard catch was extremely impressive, as he was covered well on the play. Graham should continue to get looks in the offense while Daniels is out and the Texans have some favorable matchups coming up.
