The Denver Broncos and the Kansas City Chiefs are playing on Sunday night football in Week 11 and the NBC schedule flexed the game in for the Giants and Packers and now the two teams will meet at Sports Authority Field at Mile High starting at 8:30 PM and the game will be on TV and streaming online from the main NFL website and is a huge AFC West divisional matchup.

The Broncos come into the matchup after a solid win over the San Diego Chargers and now they have a crucial matchup against another West division rival and at 8-1 they have the chance to continue on in the battle for the top seed in the conference and this matchup will be very important for them to get. The Chiefs are looking to continue their unbeaten streak and the team is currently 9-0 after going just 2-14 last season and now these two teams get the chance to battle two times in three weeks and this game will set the tone for how the division plays out the rest of the way. Peyton Manning comes into the game a little banged up after suffering an ankle injury last week against the Chargers, but all the tests on it showed no extra serious damage and Manning is expected to play on Sunday night with no issues and the team comes in with two straight wins since falling to the Colts.

The Broncos come into the game first in the league with over 350 passing yards per game and the matchup with the KC secondary should be one of the better battles on Sunday night. The Broncos defense knows they will have to focus in on Jamaal Charles, as he is one of the leading rushers in the league and one of the most talented players in the NFL and the Denver D has been averaging just 87 yards allowed per game on the ground, good for fourth in the league and that should be a good battle as well. The Broncos will have to beware of the vaunted Chiefs pass rush, which is leading the league in sacks and they will be trying to get to Manning any way they can after he was banged up last week and that will be a top priority for the Broncos to protect their QB.

The Broncos have played and won a number of exciting games this season, including the shootout over the Dallas Cowboys that saw nearly 100 points scored combined between the two teams and Denver also won a big game over the Redskins two weeks ago that saw them score a ton of unanswered points and now the Chiefs have one of the toughest offenses in the league to deal with. The Broncos are giving up too many yards through the air and while a lot of that is due to how many leads they have had, the team will have to make sure they can keep Alex Smith contained. Manning has over 30 touchdowns already this season and he likely will challenge 50 even though the team has a tough schedule to finish the season, playing the Kansas City Chiefs twice in three weeks with the New England Patriots on the road in the middle of that stretch. The team then plays two at home against the Titans and Chargers and then the team finishes off the year with the Houston Texans and the Oakland Raiders on the road.
