The Kansas Jayhawks are coming into one of the most anticipated seasons in recent memory and the squad has some of the top talent in the nation despite losing some of it to the NBA, as the team, has Andrew Wiggins and he will make his season debut at Allen Fieldhouse and the game will be on ESPN3 and starting up at 8:00 pm and is a huge college basketball matchup.

Wiggins is expected to be one and done, but the team and Jayhawks fans are hoping that one year ends in a championship and that very well could happen if he plays well. Wiggins could be a player of the year candidate as well and he comes in with tons of hype but also tons of talent and the Jayhawks should remain as one of the top 10 teams all season and they start off in the number five spot and the team comes in after winning 31 games and losing just six times and the team comes back as one of the favorites in the Big 12 and it should be a great season for the team and they have some early tests on the schedule already, as the team will play against number four Duke early on next on Tuesday at the United Center and that should be a big game and now they start off against UL Monroe.

The Jayhawks have been one of the best teams in the nation over the past few years, this season could be a magical one with Wiggins and despite losing players like Ben McLemore and others, the team has enough back to be ranked number five heading into the season and their matchup against Duke will be the first top five head to head game of the season and then after the team has some tough games against Wake Forest as well as Florida and University of New Mexico and soon after that the team has a tough test in Georgetown.

The schedule is tough for Kansas, but it's nothing new for one of the best teams in the nation and they will play against the Kansas State Wildcats and then they also have later games against number eight Oklahoma State as well as number 25 Baylor and heading down the line they have a road matchup against OSU and Baylor as well as tough schools in Texas, Oklahoma, West Virginia as well as TCU and Iowa State and while Kansas will have a lot to live up to after making a nice run last season, the team has plenty of things going for it and they are being looked at as one of the best defensive teams in the nation. Wiggins could be an elite scorer in college basketball and he should be the first overall pick barring any setbacks like Nerlens Noel had last season and now Wiggins will get his first taste of Kansas since coming from Canada and this is why he came to play here because of all the passion.

Kansas will host ULM at Allen Fieldhouse at 8:00 pm and the game will be streaming online on ESPN3 at 8:00 pm.
