The Seattle Seahawks are heading into a winnable game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday after winning three straight games and the team will host them at CenturyLink Field, one of the toughest places to play in the NFL for Week 9 and the game will start up at 4:05 pm on FOX as one of the later games and it will be streaming live on the radio from the NFL.com league website.

The Seattle defense has been one of the main reasons for the success of the team this season and they have forced the most turnovers in the league and that could continue on Sunday as the winless Buccaneers make the trip to the Pacific Northwest. The team has not looked good this season and with Seattle playing much better at home than they do on the road, players like Russell Wilson, Golden Tate and Marshawn Lynch could have big days and the team will also have to deal with losing Sidney Rice this season and that could be a big factor for the team going forward depending on when Percy Harvin returns. The team is trying to maintain a lead in the NFC West division over the San Francisco 49ers and they have a game coming up against them in the second half of the season.

The Buccaneers offense has not been very good and the seattle defense is allowing the third least amount of points per game with less than 16 this season and they are even better at home, holding opponents to just over 10 points and that surely will be a factor on Sunday. The Seahawks greatly want to have home field advantage in the playoffs based on the way they play there and having a win against a bad Bucs team is a must-win type of game for the team the Seahawks are and despite dealing with injuries at the wide receiver position and on the offensive line, the team has the chance to go on another good run and the win on Sunday would make their second four game winning streak of the season and would make it four games in a row after losing to the Colts.

Russell Wilson has been on the move a ton due to the offensive line issues and the team will be looking to stop him from getting sacked after he was sacked the third most times in the league heading into the game on Sunday. The Buccaneers give up too many pass yards and while they have yet to win a game this season, the team is ranked in the top 10 in rushing yards allowed per game and that will make it a tough test for Seattle and Lynch in the matchup. The Seahawks had a tough win against the Rams on Monday night football and now the team will have some limited options at wide receiver with Percy Harvin still out and while his return is expected soon, the Seahawks will have to get by without him.

Dashon Goldson will be out for the Bucs and that could be a factor in the matchup and the team is about to finish a stretch of five road games in seven weeks with the Falcons coming next on the road and after playing against the Vikings at home they will have a much needed bye week and that could be all the time that Harvin needs to get back onto the field and with Rice out that will be a huge factor for Wilson as well as Lynch, as his presence on the field will open things up and that should give Tate and Baldwin a better chance to shine as well. The team comes out of the bye with a huge game against the New Orleans Saints and then they play on the road against the San Francisco 49ers and the New York Giants in two tough games away from home and then they finish with two NFC West division games against the Arizona Cardinals and St. Louis Rams and those could have implications for the division and the playoffs for the Seahawks.
