Carolina Panthers vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Radio Stream: Listen Online Live NFL Game Streaming

Oct 24, 2013 08:07 PM EDT

The Carolina Panthers are back at .500 after winning last week and now the team will put their two game streak to the test on Thursday night football as they play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a divisional matchup in the NFC South that will be at Raymond James Stadium and live on NFL Network at 8:25 pm and the live stream link is located below.

Cam Newton comes into the game after completing over 80 percent of his passes last week and now he has the chance to get the team on the winning side of things against a team that does not have a win this season in the league and are a complete mess with Greg Schiano at the helm and after getting rid of Josh Freeman in terrible fashion, the team has turned to rookie Mike Glennon, who actually looks the part as an NFL quarterback. The team has dealt with a staph infection outbreak as well as other team issues and now after losing to the Falcons they will have a short week to prepare for the much-improved Panthers, who have one of the best defenses in the league now under Ron Rivera after being not too great last season.

The Buccaneers are down a starting running back after losing Doug Martin and while his shoulder injury is not season ending now, he will be out for the Thursday matchup and now Mike James will step in and he could have a nice game for fantasy owners and that could be all the Buccaneers have if the Panthers defense can get to Glennon like they did last week against the Rams. The Panthers feel that they can make it into the playoffs as a wild card this season and the way things are shaping up in the NFC south, they look to have the advantage over the Falcons for that spot, although both are out behind the Saints.

Newton has been very solid this season with over 1,300 yards passing with 10 touchdowns and while the team is ranked 28th in passing yards per game, both Greg Olsen and Steve Smith have been solid and so has Brandon LaFell, who is emerging as a very solid young receiver. DeAngelo Williams is one of the league leaders with over 400 yards per game on the ground and Cam has done a solid job rushing as well and the team is ranked seventh in the league in rushing yards per game with over 130 yards rushing.

The team started off the season 0-2 and has been 3-1 since and the team has won two straight games over the Vikings and the Rams and while those teams are bad, the Bucs are worse and the Panthers need the win, as they are about to hit a tough stretch with the Buccaneers, Atlanta Falcons and San Francisco 49ers next and that is before the Monday night football game against the Patriots. Glennon is the top passer this season for the Buccaneers and Vincent Jackson has been excellent, catching 36 balls for 544 yards and four touchdowns. The game on Thursday will be on NFL Network starting at 8:25 PM between the Panthers and the Buccaneers.
