The Oregon Ducks have been one of the most impressive teams in the nation this college football season and they will put their undefeated record to the test on Saturday against Washington State as they host the Pac-12 matchup at Autzen Stadium at 10:00 pm in a game that will be on Fox Sports 1.

The Ducks have one of the most explosive offenses in the nation and they average over 600 yards per game and the Cougars will have their hands full, as the team is ranked second in the nation with just under 60 points per game. The offense has looked unstoppable at times and last week they scored over 40 points for the sixth time this season in the win on the road against Washington, which marked the sixth game the team put up over 400 yards as well. Marcus Mariota doesn't get the attention other QBs do in the Heisman race, but he has the numbers to put himself into it, as he has passed for over 1,700 yards and has 17 touchdowns in the air and he also ranks second on the team in rushing.

Mariota has over 400 yards on the ground and another eight touchdowns and if the Ducks remain undefeated through the season, he should get some votes for the big award. He has the offense humming along through six games and the defense has come through as well, ranking in the top 10 in points allowed per game, averaging just 13 per contest. The team is in the top five in scoring and rushing yards and the team will be looking to take advantage of Washington State early. The team has scored over 50 points in every game this season except for one and the Cougars are allowing 25 points per game and average over 340 in the air.

Bralon Addison is having a solid season at wide receiver with 27 catches for over 500 yards and a team leading six touchdowns and now Oregon has their own fate in their hands, as they are at the top of the Pac-12 with Stanford losing and with them playing Oregon State later in the season, that's the only other team in the North that is undefeated and if the Ducks can remain that way, they are setting themselves up for a championship matchup with Alabama. In the South, UCLA is at the top with a 2-0 record, while Arizona State is 201 over Utah and USC at 1-2.

Oregon has a tough slate coming up with Washington State before playing against UCLA and Stanford, but if they can make it past those two matchups, the team should have a clear path to the championship. The game between Oregon and Washington State will be on Fox Sports 1 and the game will be on at 10:100 pm at Autzen Stadium in Eugene.
