The Seattle Seahawks are heading into an important game on Thursday against the Arizona Cardinals for the Thursday Night Football presentation on NFL Network, as the game is a divisional matchup in the NFC West and is the first game of Week 7 and it will kickoff at 8:25 pm in Arizona at University of Phoenix Stadium.

Russell Wilson is leading the Seahawks on another great ride this season and the team is in first place in the division with a 5-1 record and they have already defeated the San Francisco 49ers and now will play their second divisional game against the Cardinals as they look to improve to 2-0 in the division. The team has gone 3-0 on the road and 2-1 at home and now they will get the chance to defeat a division rival.

The Seahawks have been one of the highest scoring teams in the league and while they play very well at home, they aren't always as good on the road and they are in the middle of a stretch of four games in five weeks away from home and now there are two more left. Wilson is having another solid season with over 1,200 yards passing and he has also tossed eight touchdowns, while Marshawn Lynch has been one of the best rushers in the league with 487 yards already and five touchdowns.

The team has two straight games on the road against the Cardinals and Rams in the division and the game in St. Louis will be on Monday night football, giving the Seahawks a long week and two straight night games in a row before heading home to play the winless Buccaneers. If Tampa Bay is still winless that'll make it two winless teams they have played at home this season, including the Jaguars and that came before a big win against Houston in overtime, which led into the loss against Indianapolis.

In Week 6 the team squeaked by the Titans and now they will face a tough stretch in which they play on the road in three of the next four, including one against Atlanta that is a rematch of the playoffs last season. The final stretch for the team is very tough, as they play another Monday night schedule on the road against the New Orleans Saints before playing the Niners on the road. Then the team has a game on the east coast against the Giants and the finishes at home against both the Rams and the Cardinals in the division.
