The Los Angeles Dodgers were patiently waiting for an opponent after they concluded their series against their series against the Atlanta Braves. Here's their schedule with their new opponents, St. Louis Cardinals, in the N.L. Championship Series with dates of all seven game.

NL Champion Series Dates
Game 1- Friday, Oct. 11
Game 2: Saturday, Oct. 12
Game 3: Monday, Oct. 14
Game 4: Tuesday, Oct. 15
Game 5: Wednesday, Oct. 16
Game 6: Friday, Oct. 18
Game 7: Saturday, Oct. 19

The Dodgers have been resting since Monday. This could be bad for their bats. They have outhit everybody and clearly punished the Braves in their series. The Dodgers' batting average was .333 with seven home runs and 26 RBI, leading all teams in the postseason. Only the Red Sox finished with as many runs as the Dodgers in the first round of the postseason.

Clayton Kershaw finished second only to the Cardinals' ace, Adam Wainwright, with 13 innings, allowing only one earned run for a 0.69 ERA. It is currently the lowest ERA of any starter who has pitched two innings in the division series. The Dodgers beat the Braves in four games and Kershaw pitched two of those games. He started Game 4 on three-day rest for the first time in his career and he proved effective.

The Dodgers will play a Cardinals' team that they have beaten four times in 2013, during the regular season. Four wins is what they will need in the NLCS if they want to advance to the World Series.

They will need Hanley Ramirez, Adrian Gonzalez, Yasiel Puig and Carl Crawford to continue dominating on offense is they are to get past the Cardinals' young pitching staff.

Do not miss the live action. Times for all games will be provided as soon as they are available. Who do you think will win this series? Let us know!
