The UCLA Bruins are 3-0 this season and after a week off following their dominating victory over New Mexico State, the team will travel to Rice-Eccles Stadium in Utah to play the Utes on Thursday night college football on Fox Sports 1 at 10:00 PM in a Pac-12 conference matchup.

The Bruins have been one of the most impressive offensive teams in the country so far this season and Jim Mora's team is ranked 21st in the nation after wins over Utah, then-number 23 Nebraska as well as New Mexico State and now the team will face off against a tough 3-1 Utah team. Brett Hundley has been playing very well at quarterback this season and he has already passed for over 800 yards in just three games and he also has thrown eight touchdowns in that span. Hundley has been consistently accurate while completing over 66 percent of his passes and now he will face a Utah team that is giving up over 24 points per game.

The team opened the season with a big win at home against Nevada after scoring nearly 60 points and then the Bruins hit the road against the Cornhuskers in Nebraska and looked very impressive in a 41-21 victory. The Bruins have long had to hear from the USC Trojans that Los Angeles was their town, but UCLA is clearly the class of LA now, as the Trojans are a mess after having to fire lane Kiffin as head coach.

The Bruins are averaging well over 500 total yards per game this season and are ranked 12th in passing yards per game with 330 yards. The rushing attack has been very consistent behind Jordon James, as the team ranks in the top 15 in the nation with nearly 300 yards on the ground per game. James has over 400 yards rushing this season while averaging nearly seven yards per carry and he has also scored four touchdowns. Hundley has been on the move as well, averaging nearly five yards per carry while gaining 157 yards on the ground.

The Bruins have a tough Pac-12 slate this season after playing against Utah, with a home game against Cal that will be broadcast on ESPN and then the team will play its toughest games of the year: back to back road games against number five ranked Stanford and the number two ranked team in the Oregon Ducks. The Bruins are an impressive offensive team, but both Stanford and Oregon are very strong and those two games will be crucial for UCLA this year.

After playing the Ducks on the road, the Bruins will host Colorado and then they will travel to Arizona to play the Wildcats. The 15th ranked Washington Huskies will travel to LA for a game later this season and then the Bruins will finish with a home game against Arizona State before playing at home against the Trojans, a game that will be hyped up just a bit. The team ranks third in the nation with over 50 points per game on average and the team is allowing less than 20 in three contests.

Utah comes into the game after defeating BYU on the road 20-13 and the team is 3-1 after defeating Utah State and Weber State before losing in a thrilling game 51-48 to Oregon State in overtime. The team is averaging over 400 yards per game and are ranked 20th in points scored with over 42 per game.
