The NFL season is now moving towards Week 4 after an exciting crop of games over the weekend and on Monday night football and the question on every fantasy owners' mind is who to pick up pr start for this week and some players to start or sit includes Reggie Bush, Larry Fitzgerald, Roddy White, Vincent Jackson, Julio Jones and Rob Gronkowski.

Gronk is a hard sit, as he will be out for this week, while Reggie Bush will be returning and Vincent Jackson is planning on playing as well. Roddy White is still dealing with a knee injury, while Larry Fitzgerald is also dealing with an injury.

There are some other nice options out there, including James Starks, Eddie Royal, Philip Rivers, Kendall Wright, Jason Snelling, Brandon Jacobs and Marlon Brown as well as names like Josh Gordon and Martellus Bennett. A bunch players that put up great numbers in Week 2 and Week 3 includes Rivers, Aaron Rodgers as well as James Jones, Jay Cutler, Brandon Marshall and CJ Spiller and trading for one of those players could really open things up for owners.

The free agent wire is the best way to find under the radar players and this week there are plenty to choose from, with Rivers and Starks the top options for owners. Starks had a breakout game at the expense of Eddie Lacy, who was knocked out with a concussion and he broke the streak for the team of not having a 100-yard rusher that dated back to 2011. The Packers needed Starks to get going, but it was all Aaron Rodgers on Sunday, as the quarterback threw for 480 yards and four touchdowns to defeat the Redskins. Starks was the top ball carrier for the Packers that afternoon, rushing for over 130 yards and a touchdown to rejoin the ranks of fantasy starters.

Lacy has been looked at as a sleeper option for many owners this season and while he can still be a productive back, owners should be cautious in the coming weeks to see which player will get the most carries and whether Lacy will be back healthy. Jonathan Franklin was drafted in April as well, but so far he has not been a factor for the Packers this season and that could continue if Starks plays well over the next few games. The next matchup is with the Bengals and if Lacy can't play that game, it will be tough for owners going forward, making Starks and Lacy a prime handcuff duo.

The Chargers have been dealing with major injuries all season and now that Malcom Floyd will be out for the next couple weeks after suffering a neck injury, Eddie Royal, Vincent Brown and Keenan Allen are next in line and could be solid additions, especially with Rivers looking back to his form from a few years ago under new head coach Mike McCoy. Royal likely will be the biggest beneficiary, as the team already lost Danario Alexander for the season and clearly Royal has been in the right place, as he already has five touchdown catches.

Royal is a speedy wideout and he has even targeted six and eight times in each of the first two games, including making three receptions for 24 yards and two scores in the opening loss against the Texans. Royal had another great game when Floyd went down against the Eagles, helping the Chargers with their own comeback while making seven catches for 90 yards on eight targets with three touchdowns. Obviously the scoring production will come down a bit heading into the latter stages of the season, but he clearly is an option for fantasy owners going forward, especially if Floyd cannot play over the next few weeks.
