The fantasy football season is now into Week 3 after a very exciting slate of games in the NFL and after the Bengals defeated the Steelers on Monday night football, it's time to look at some of the best free agent waiver options in fantasy, as names like James Starks, Charles Clay, Jason Snelling, Knowshon Moreno and Andre Ellington could be available.

Starks is the top option this week after his breakout game against the Washington Redskins and if Eddie Lacy misses any time ahead, he is a very good starting option for owners. Some other players out there that established themselves this week include Texans wideout DeAndre Hopkins, a player many though could be a sleeper this season.

The Texans have been searching for a receiver to compliment Andre Johnson for years, and now it seems they finally have a player that is up to the task, as he made seven catches for 117 yards and caught the winning touchdown pass from Matt Schaub over the Titans on Sunday to send the team to 2-0. If Johnson misses any time, Hopkins is an obvious add and starting player, but even if Johnson doesn't, this game proved that Schaub can trust him and that could mean more production in the future.

Hopkins had a solid debut last week with five catches for 66 yards and he could continue to put up solid numbers the rest of the season. Hopkins is a big play threat for the Texans with his speed and if Johnson continues to stay healthy, he could draw the attention away from Hopkins. In most leagues he is still available and he is a must add for anyone looking for wideout help.

Starks is the most notable player to be picked up this week, as he likely will be the main starter in Green Bay even if Lacy returns from his concussion this week. Starks helped end the streak of no 100 yard rushers dating back to 2011and he racked up plenty of yardage, rushing for 132 yards on the day against the Redskins and also scoring a touchdown. Lacy has been looked at as a sleeper in fantasy this season and he still could be a nice option, but now Starks looks like he will get the most carries going forward.

Charles Clay could be a nice option going forward, as he is stepping in for injured tight end Dustin Keller and while he hasn't put up big numbers overall, he did score a touchdown against the Colts in the win over the Colts, rushing the ball in for the team. He also added a solid five catches for 109 yards and this comes after he had five for 54 in the opening win against the Browns.

Some other players to look at include Jason Snelling, Knowshon Moreno and Andre Ellington, as Steven Jackson was injured for the Falcons and Moreno looks like the feature back in Denver after scoring two TDs against the Giants. Ellington could get more carries this week for the Cardinals, as coach Bruce Arians likes what he can do for the team on third downs.
