The Baltimore Ravens are 1-1 after defeating the Cleveland Browns on Sunday and despite a rough game from Ray Rice that saw fantasy owners get mad, he could be facing more trouble from the league, as Browns defensive tackle Phil Taylor claims the running back spit on him.

According to ESPN.com, Taylor said after the game that Rice spit on him, referring to the incident after he was hit with a penalty on the play. The play in question came early in the first quarter on just the second play of the game and according to ESPN.com, as Taylor was hit with a 15-yard penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct in the game and have the Ravens the chance to continue their drive, but after the game Taylor said the reason he hit Rice's helmet was because he spit on him.

Taylor said that video will show that Rice did it and while he didn't specifically say that he was spit on, Taylor told reporters to look at the film. The game had plenty of physical battles between the division rivals and while the coach for the Ravens said he did not see anything happen, the Cleveland Plain-Dealer is reporting that linebacker D'Qwell Jackson said someone yelled they got spit on after the play.

According to Pro Football Talk, Rice could get a penalty or a fine if video shows that he spit on another player. Rice started beefing on social media with fantasy football players, as he dealt with an injury in the game and has also been slow to start the season, rushing for just 36 yards against the Browns. He put up that total in the loss to the Broncos as well and has scored just one touchdown so far this season.
