The Aaron Hernandez murder case is moving to superior court after the former NFL star appeared in court this past week and now an accomplice in the case in Ernest Wallace is appearing in court for a probable cause hearing as well.

Wallace, according to CBS in Boston, will be in court on Monday for a probable cause hearing and will be in Attleboro District Court. Wallace was arrested in connection with the case and Hernandez's cousin was detained after she purchased a bus ticket for Wallace after the murder. Wallace was indicted on being an accessory to murder on Thursday and the accessory charge is after the fact and now he is in jail on $500,000 bail.

Wallace pled not guilty to the charges, as did Aaron Hernandez in his case and Carlos Ortiz has also been arrested in connection with the case. Ortiz has told police that Wallace told him that Hernandez admitted to the murder of Lloyd, but lawyers are expected to attack that claim. Lloyds's body was found near Hernandez's home shot to death and the court has painted the tight end as the ring leader, killing Lloyd for talking to the wrong people at a nightclub.

Other reports said that Lloyd was killed for knowing about his connection to a double murder from Boston last year, but that has not been confirmed. Hernandez' cousin has refused to testify against him in front of the grand jury in the case and he will next be in court on Friday.
