San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh
The San Francisco 49ers are the most likely team to trade up of anyone in the NFL draft, as the franchise has amassed 13 picks to work with heading into Thursday's event, meaning that it is likely that Jim Harbaugh will be making a top 20 selection despite being runner-up in the Super Bowl."

The San Francisco 49ers take on the Kansas City Chiefs in their Week 2 matchup of the 2013 NFL Preseason. Check out time of game, radio info and start time as both squads will look for their first victory of the year. Yes, we know it's practice, but nobody likes to lose.

Time: 8 p.m. ET

TV-Channel: Not Airing

Listen: Sirius XM Radio

The 49ers are coming off a tight game against the Denver Broncos. Yes, we've also heard this before plenty of times, "Is this a Super Bowl preview?" Many thought the same thing last year and it wasn't the case. The 49ers lost 6-10, but they received solid contributions across the board.

Jim Harbaugh's favorite quarterback of all time, Colin Kaepernick went 4/4 with 38 passing yards. The other guys did a good job as well. Scott Tolzien, the third year QB out of Wisconsin, went 15/26 with 158 yards passing and an interception while Colt McCoy added 41 passing yards after going 3/7. Can you say Vernon Davis has competition? Vance McDonald, a rookie tight end, finished the night with four receptions and 66 yards to lead the team. Davis isn't done though, so 49er faithful don't worry. Davis made a quick 12-yard reception and called it a game.

The story for this game is Alex Smith facing his former team, the 49ers. It might only be preseason, but the hype is already being felt. Smith had a solid debut with the Chiefs in their loss to the New Orleans Saints. Smith went 7/8 with 68 passing yards. Smith might have wanted to play, but after tonight's exhibition game, he will probably wish he had stayed on the other side of the ball as the 49ers will not greet their former QB kindly after the ball is snapped.

Which team will get their first preseason victory? Find out live. Just in case you can't watch the game, we will late provide a link that will forward you to a live play-by-play of all the action. This is a good chance for fans to familiarize themselves with players on their team and those who might take over the starting roles in the future.
