Barcelona is dealing with Manchester United and their bid for Cesc Fabregas and now the club is looking at a third try that could be a record depending on what it comes in at after the first two offers were rejected.

According to ESPNFC.com, Manchester put in two bids at £26 million and £30 million that were rejected for Fabregas, but that hasn't stopped the club from trying a third and David Moyes wants it to happen. The team was looking at Real Madrid's Luka Modric, but the priority is for Fabregas and United wants to make the deal happen. The report says that Fabregas and his reps have said they are open to a move and it also says that the bid is for £40 million, with a £35 million basic fee plus add-ons and that could be enough to make it happen finally.

Barcelona and United have both been looking to sign a major star and so far Manchester has had a tough time getting it all together and they also could go after Everton's Marouane Fellaini. Chelsea's David Luiz has been a target for Barcelona as well along with Liverpool's Daniel Agger, but so far movement on the deals has been slow. The report says that Barcelona may start negotiations this week and each club wants to take a major step in signing a star this summer. Bayern Munich also had interest in Luiz and Pep Guardiola said that a deal is not likely to go down.

Neymar made his Barcelona debut and was happy with his performance and said that he was proud after playing a short amount of time for the final 15 minutes in an international friendly with Lechia Gdansk. The 2-2 draw saw some play by Lionel Messi and Barca ended up with a draw after adding a goal in the second half. Neymar said that he felt good despite being on only at the end and now he said that he feels honored to play alongside Messi, who has won Ballon d'Or awards.

Although Messi and Neymar did not get to play side by side yet, the Brazilian star said that he is excited to play on the same team and that he is adjusting well to his teammates and to the club.

"I feel very comfortable with him," Neymar said. "He's an idol of mine and I'm so happy to be able to be alongside him. He's a fantastic player and a great person and I just want to help him to continue making the Barca fans happy."
