Aaron Hernandez is facing first degree murder charges in the death of former semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd and after more information came out about the case when documents were unsealed, things have started to turn even worse for the former NFL star.

Hernandez is scheduled to be in court in two weeks for a probable cause hearing and since that is his next public appearance, many have wondered if his fiancé Shayanna Jenkins will come and attend, as he has been out of sight since his last appearance. Jenkins was there when Hernandez was in court the day he was arrested and the following day when he was denied bail and she appeared emotional both days and also left the courtroom crying.

Jenkins has been out of sight and in hiding since Hernandez was taken into custody and she has had to take care of their young child along since he was arrested. Jenkins was mentioned numerous times in the 156-page document released by the court, as she was the one who originally brought him to the police station when he agreed to talk to authorities about the body found less than a mile from his house in Attleboro.

Jenkins told police that she thought Lloyd dealt drugs and smoked weed and that she heard him on the phone a lot. The report says that she cried when she heard that he was dead and also was later told to stop talking to police by Hernandez on advice from his agents. Jenkins was seen in the house at one point on surveillance the night of the murder and she told police that her and Hernandez went out for dinner that night and that she went to bed when they returned and did not know where he went later in the night or with whom.

Hernandez is facing life in prison for the charges and now he has been accused of actually taking part in the shooting and now just orchestrating it. An accomplice, Carlos Ortiz, told police that he was told by another accomplice in Ernest Wallace that Hernandez fired the shots that killed Lloyd. No murder weapon has yet been found and Hernandez could still face life in prison without that. Ortiz likely will be challenged in court about his testimony, as he said he was asleep in the car and did not see who pulled the trigger.
