The Aaron Hernandez murder case of Odin Lloyd has many questions and details that are not clear, but one that may not be more fully realized is that Hernandez and the two other men that were in the car with Lloyd the night of the shooting are now in custody.

The prosecutor in the case has said that the three men were in the car that night Lloyd was killed are all behind bars, likely meaning Hernandez as well as accomplices Carlos Ortiz and Ernest Wallace, who could be charged with murder as well. Until now, the office has not confirmed that the two were in the car, but only that they were accessories and now it has been confirmed that they believe they were with Hernandez on the night of the murder.

Bristol County District Attorney Sam Sutter reiterated that the three men were involved and that they were in the silver Nissan Altima on the night of the murder. Wallace was turned in on Friday, while Ortiz was taken in previously and was arrested at Hernandez's uncle's home and there is a chance that another person is talking with the police. Hernandez is currently facing life in prison and the other two men could also face charges.

Hernandez is also being investigated in connection with a double murder from last July that left two men dead in downtown Boston. Police knew Hernandez was there at the time but saw no connection until the Lloyd murder charges came up. Lloyd had his funeral on Saturday and Hernandez could face further punishment.

"[H]is investigative team now believe that the three people in the silver Nissan Altima when Odin Lloyd entered it, are in custody," Yasmina Serdarevic said, via ABC News.
